Throughout training camp, Shawn Lauvao, a rookie offensive lineman for the Browns will keep fans up-to-date on his experiences in Berea.
Hey Browns fans, this is Shawn.
We had our Brown and white scrimmage this past Saturday. I thought it was a good experience. It was good to see fans come out and support the Browns. Nonetheless, Coach Mangini reiterated that it was another work day. We came out there just flying around, just trying to make more and more improvements from everything that has been installed.
Coaches are always harping to make sure we are on with our technique, make sure we are dialed in and focused and go out there and control what we can control. It was a good, competitive scrimmage. I feel like both sides of the ball can always get better technically. Today, we came in and watched the film, just breaking it down and seeing what corrections can be made. I’m looking forward to the game this upcoming week when we play Green Bay. That will be another good experience.
This week, we are just going to make our corrections and then from there, just continue to get better and just build off to a point where we are making those improvements and becoming a better team.
I’ll talk to you guys again soon.
Shawn
